WATERS FARM JAPANは、佐賀県塩田・久間地区の豊かな大地で、ラテンアメリカとイタリアの希少野菜を丁寧に育てる小さなファミリーファームです。

From the rich volcanic soils of Shiota Kuma, Saga Prefecture, we grow specialty produce that is rarely found in Japan — from San Marzano tomatoes and green tomatillos to jalapeños, habaneros, and poblano peppers. Each crop is grown with care, harvested at peak freshness, and delivered directly to your door.

塩田・久間の美しい丘陵と川に囲まれたこの地で、私たちは日本ではまだ珍しい食材を作り続けています。ポニーやヤギたちと共に、山と川に囲まれた自然豊かな環境の中で、大地の恵みを大切にしながら農業に取り組んでいます。

Surrounded by the beautiful hills and river of the Shiota Kuma region, we farm alongside our pony and goats, embracing the rhythms of nature and the seasons. Every vegetable we grow carries the story of this land.
